We’re excited to introduce our newly refined and increasingly popular Lunch Course featuring a Premium Japanese Black Wagyu Hamburger Steak with Foie Gras.

In Kobe, a city famed for its yoshoku (Western-style Japanese cuisine), our French chef took this beloved dish seriously, and the result?
A luxurious Rossini-style creation made with hamburger steak × foie gras × truffle — three indulgent components brought together in perfect harmony.
Thus, this exquisite dish was born:
“Grilled Japanese Black Wagyu Hamburger Steak & Sautéed Foie Gras with a Rich Truffle Sauce”
Available as the main feature of our course meals:
Lunch Course: ¥8,500
Dinner Course: ¥12,500
The appetizer portion of the course features a modern French style deeply inspired by Japanese flavors. As the course progresses, it gradually transitions into more traditional French elements.
We also offer curated wine pairings by our in-house sommelier, as well as non-alcoholic pairings for those who prefer it.
Our Japanese Black Wagyu hamburger steak is juicy and full of umami, topped with perfectly seared foie gras, and finished with an aromatic truffle sauce.
Rather than simply shaving truffles on top, we believe that incorporating them into the sauce brings out their most enchanting aroma. That’s why we’ve crafted a truly indulgent truffle sauce to complete this dish.
